Shipping, returns, and everything else you need to know

Where do you ship from?

Peturel is based in the Netherlands. Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner from outside the EU.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over €50 ship free. Orders under €50 have a flat shipping fee of €6.95.

How can I contact you?

What's your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email shoppeturel@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

That's on the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at shoppeturel@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's shipped, you can return it under our standard 14-day return policy instead.
