Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Peturel is based in the Netherlands. Orders are currently dispatched by our fulfilment partner from outside the EU. We're in the process of moving our stock to an EU warehouse, which will shorten delivery times considerably — we'll update this page as that transition completes.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed to our shipping carrier.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 3–23 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Multiple items, multiple packages
Since our products are sourced from different suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. If you've ordered multiple products, don't worry if they don't all arrive together — each will have its own tracking link.

Shipping costs
Orders over €50 ship free. Orders under €50 have a flat shipping fee of €6.95.

Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at shoppeturel@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
